Everyone always says how important customer service is in Atlanta Auto Insurance.  But now we have proof. Customer service CAN lead to more profit . A 2010 American Express survey found that 75% of small business customers are willing to spend more with businesses that provide great service. But two thirds feel companies aren’t doing enough to earn their business. This is one of the core principles Guardian Insurance was founded upon.  We tell our staff daily how important of customer satisfaction is in our industry.  Its not enough to sell Auto InsuranceHomeowner’s Insurance or Commercial Insurance in the Metro Atlanta area. You have to go that extra mile and actually give the customer the quality service that they deserve.  Whether its explaining why they need an SR-22, describing the coverages that their Renter’s Insurance will and won’t provide or simply being their anytime they need you — 24/7. At Guardian Insurance we put our customers first and they pay us back again and again with their loyalty.
