Everyone always says how important customer service is in Atlanta Auto Insurance<\/a>.  But now we have proof. Customer service CAN lead to more profit . A 2010 American Express survey found that 75% of small business customers are willing to spend more with businesses that provide great service. But two thirds feel companies aren’t doing enough to earn their business.
